Welcome to JobBidR. By accessing or using the JobBidR mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
JobBidR is a platform that connects licensed contractors with homeowners and businesses seeking home improvement and maintenance services. The App enables homeowners to post job listings and contractors to submit bids on those listings.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Contractors must submit valid business license and insurance documentation for verification. JobBidR reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke verification status at any time. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of work quality.
Contractor subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Homeowners use the platform free of charge. JobBidR is not responsible for payment disputes between homeowners and contractors.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting content, you grant JobBidR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. JobBidR reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms. Reviews remain on the platform permanently, even if the associated job record is deleted.
JobBidR is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of work performed. JobBidR shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. JobBidR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
